Job Description

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator who will represent Wood on-site at Anagold - Copler Sulphide Expansion Project.

 

  • Maintains and Promotes Safety policies and procedure
  • Responsible for maintaining interface with computerized material control system (AMUSE) to verify materials required to meet construction schedules are being met
  • Adherence to the procedures set up for the field control of material
  • Responsible for the control and scheduling of construction materials and equipment at the jobsite
  • Set up of all required control files and registers for Field Material Management group
  • Responsible for cycle inventory checks
  • Technical operation of the Field warehouse and laydown areas including grid system for easy retrieval
  • Supervises the receiving, physical check, count and inspection and preservation maintenance of all materials and equipment delivered to the jobsite
  • Signs and initiates the first step of OS&D reports for all incoming freight bill on common carrier shipments and the delivery packing papers for shipments arriving at the jobsite
  • Directs warehouse workers/material coordinators assigned to the warehouse for off loading and storage of materials and equipment as it is received on the jobsite
  • Maintains an orderly appearance of the warehouse and all other materials and equipment storage areas
  • Maintains all Rental Equipment and Returnable Containers for receiving and tracking. Keep master log up to date
  • Maintains close communication and coordination with traffic manager, client, engineering, craft personal and project management team
  • Provide training as required

Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in the role
  • English and Turkish language written and spoken is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
