Job Description

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is looking for a Commissioning & Qualification Engineer that reports to the C&Q Project Manager and is accountable to coordinate and execute C&Q activities mainly related to Clean Utilities and process equipment.

  • Prepare detailed Validation and Commissioning Master Plan, project procedures, prepare or review commissioning and qualification protocols (SAT/commissioning, IQ and OQ)
  • Support the Design Review (DR) process and coordinate the functional risk assessment (FMEA)
  • Review the technical documentation from the early design phase in order to include and align requirements of following C&Q activities
  • Organize and follow the day-to-day activities related to Commissioning and Qualification site activities
  • Investigate technical problems and report to the C&Q Manager
  • Prepare the final report and punch list required for the handover
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar, plus a general background in Process Plant Commissioning and Qualification
  • Previous experience as Commissioning & Qualification Engineer or specialist
  • Familiar with GMP GAMP, ISPE. ASTM is a plus

Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous experience of minimum 5 years with medium-large international projects.
  • Master Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • English is a must, French a plus.
  • Availabilty to assignment  abroad
  • Leadership, decision making and communication skills are required to ensure the full alignment with the C&Q team and fit with client’s targets
