As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an HVAC Engineer/Senior HVAC Engineer to support our Clean Energy business unit at our Gloucester office.
The successful individual will be responsible for the design or engineering substantiation of HVAC and Building Service systems including design studies, optioneering, scheme and outline design. Experience of direct interface with existing clients, as well as excellent relationship building and consultancy skills which lead to the generation of new business would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will play an important role in this growing technical workstream over the coming years and the role will provide excellent opportunities for the development of skills, particularly where these are applied to nuclear engineering. Depending upon experience, the role will offer the potential to lead technical developments and collaborations, to mentor others and to manage the team responsible for their implementation.
Preparation and technical assessment of:
Knowledge of Local Extract Ventilation systems and the design standards (BOHS P601/P602/P604)
Knowledge of HSE guidance on control of airborne contaminants (HSG258)
