Wood is recruiting a Plant Performance Director. Responsible for business development, strategy, implementation, and technical delivery oversight of our plant performance, system health, equipment reliability, maintenance optimisation and asset integrity work streams.
The Wood New Nuclear and Generation Services business provides engineering, consultancy, technical services, safety case and project management support to our customers’ operations within the nuclear sector as well as into non-nuclear sectors where our capabilities are transferrable. We have long term relationships with several major clients in the civil nuclear industries and opportunities to work across a variety of nuclear projects at all stages of the project life cycle.
You will be joining an organisation that delivers integrated customer solutions that draw upon the global Wood skills base and our supply chain partners. Reporting to the Director, Generation Services, you will build on an existing strong business stream with existing and new customers to identify and implement value-adding solutions to maximise the life of their current assets.
Location ideally Knutsford/Birchwood or Gloucester but may consider Gosforth. Need to be mobile and prepared to travel to customer locations, with the potential for supporting delivery of work in those locations as well as base location.
