  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Amec Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wood Plc, has been awarded the Asset Management Services Contract, to deliver the full scopes of maintenance services and projects execution for the Malampaya Project, one of the most significant energy investments in the history of the Philippines. The Malampaya facilities are situated at offshore Palawan, onshore gas plant in Batangas and our office is at Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Muntinlupa City.


    We are currently hiring for a Project-based Material Controller who will have overall responsibility for control and efficient organization of Maintenance, Project Delivery, and / or Operations’ spares, tools, materials and consumables at SWP using CMMS (e.g. SAP Blueprint).


    • Control on-board stock, manage arrival and departure of materials at SWP
    • Manage weekly schedule interface, timely material staging and distribution in support of efficient execution, including backloading to the Supply Base, if required
    • Perform HLO and / or HDA duties

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a materials management role, preferably in an oil and gas or petrochemical environment
    • Must possess knowledge of specifications of typical materials used in the industry such as pipes, pumps, mechanical, instrument and electrical materials
    • Must demonstrate knowledge in use of CMMS for materials and inventory control
