  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Amec Foster Wheeler is recruiting for Resourcing Administrator to provide the Human Resources team with efficient administrative services in all aspects of Human Resource Management.


    • Act as Recruitment Support for Project Recruiters
    • Post job ads within iCIMs, recruitment job boards and other networks tapped by the company (White & Blue Collar), primarily the Brunei Job Centre
    • Act as brand ambassador responsible for checking advert layout against standard published style guide
    • Resource, recruit and source candidates through shortlisting CVs / resumes, scheduling interviews with Recruiters and Line Managers
    • Provide admin support before and at blue collar trades test events
    • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Conduct CV mining on various job boards and professional networking sites to pro-actively source active and passive candidates for all levels of roles
    • Ensure that all vacancies are advertising on all applicable media including – external job boards and social media outlets etc.
    • Manage / sift all advertising responses to ensure that all candidates are responded to and progressed as applicable
    • Screen and shortlist CVs for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Ensure pre-employment requirements are collected in a timely manner from the candidates and uploaded into the Recruitment System (iCIMs / Mintra)
    • Conduct employment verification for candidates and ensure these are tracked and monitored prior hiring
    • Manage recruitment trackers and reports to support the onboarding / mobilising of workers to country / offshore 
    • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate line manager

    Skills / Qualifications

    • 5+ years recruitment support experience
    • Ideally have Oil & Gas experience
    • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and / or equivalent experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication skills
