  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Amec Foster Wheeler has an opportunity for a Human Resources Supervisor. 


    • Post and refresh local online hiring adverts in different websites/channels
    • Rewrite job adverts according to channels’ requirement if applicable
    • Liaise with global recruitment team for adverts publishing in global channels and collect applications in due time
    • Assist to shortlist applicants, interact with hiring manager for the interview arrangements
    • Maintain hiring summary reports
    • Track internal-referral program and payments
    • Employment, HRIS
    • Prepare Offer Letter, conduct reference checks
    • Perform the on-board processes, including sign employment related documents and collect new hires’ individual documents for social security register
    • Coordinate with related departments to schedule Company Orientation
    • Prepare Contract Updated Letter whenever changes occur
    • Alert probation evaluation and employment contract renewal with line managers prior to designed timeframe
    • Maintain central personnel filings
    • Maintain employee information and leave records in HRIS, liaise with HR project team to fix the problems raised by users, track related tickets as required
    • Assist the logistic arrangements for all HR related events, learning sessions, etc.
    • Manage foreign employee and their dependents’ work permit and residence permit formalities and their annual extension
    • Issue certifications of employment, visa application letters, Hukou registrations, apply flexible Working hours authorizations, etc.
    • Other ad hoc tasks to support HR department


    Skills / Qualifications

    • At least an Advanced/Graduate Diploma or Degree, ideally in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or any other related field
    • Minimum 5 years’ of HR working experience from technology industry
    • Strong knowledge of the China employment laws and practices
    • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Hands-on with high level of initiative and integrity, and is able to work well under pressure
    • Tactful in handling sensitive and confidential situations and informatio
