Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Planner - Commissioning & Start-Up to work on the world-scale Jazan Project site in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate, to be based at the Project site, will work as part of the PMT responsible for controlling all EPC contractor interfaces with a specific focus on construction completions, overall EPC contractor interfaces and the commissioning and start-up activities. This work involves multiple EPC contractors and presents a schedule challenge that the right candidate will be able to apply their skills to influence the overall schedule outcome. It is a complex world-scale refinery and integrated gasification combined cycle project that requires an ability to work with others and provide schedule advice, guidance and analysis. Furthermore, there is a need to develop commissioning and start-up schedule activities and logic for parts of the refinery and to work with the client operations commissioning and start-up team in assessing resourcing requirements and commissioning and start-up sequences.
