  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood are currently sourcing a Compliance Coordinator Admin to join the Group Compliance Team located in Aberdeen, for a fixed term duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will manage key compliance programme systems and provide project support to Group Compliance Team. Lead and / or support the ongoing improvement efforts in the Ethics & Counsel (E&C) team.

    Skills / Qualifications

    Main Duties

    • Manage and maintain Business Ethics Whistleblowing Helpline and Business Ethics Helpdesk.
    • Maintain Business Ethics Register.
    • Support the development of the Ethics & Counsel (E&C) Management System.
    • Maintain and improve the E&C Team I-Share site.
    • Renew Company Regulatory Licences with Data Protection and Copyright Licence Agencies.
    • Produce regular E&C reports as required.
    • Provide Support to deliver the E&C training programme.
    • Provide general support to the Ethics and Compliance Team as required.
    • Support the team in general administrative tasks as required.
    • Liaise with Global People & Organisation, Information Technology & Systems, Corporate Communications, External Training Provider and other Functions as required.


    • Previous experience in a Coordinator or equivalent role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
    • Exceptional IT Skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
    • HND or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Experience working with external databases.
    • Improvement and / or change project experience.

    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise.
    • Confidentiality is essential.
    • Well organised and ability to deal with multiple concurrent tasks.
