    Wood is currenty recruiting for a TRAM Engineer to join the BEP Project in Warrington.

    The BEP project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants,carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the BEP project.

     

    Job Description

    To work on delivery and completion of the Throughput, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (T-RAM) activities and production of deliverables in accordance with the agreed man hour budget, schedule and quality targets as defined in the project approved schedule, Execution Strategy and design quality plans.

    The role will require support to the project in guidance of the T-RAM requirements, proactive and reactive requirements for deliverables and shall require conformance with the T-RAM Execution Strategy.

    T-RAM Engineer will mainly be responsible for assisting with the production of T-RAM deliverables (such as calculation, maintenance task analysis, maintenance strategies, throughput modelling, understanding of equipment function, failure modes and effects and equipment availability). T-RAM Engineer will receive guidance from the Senior T-RAM Engineers or T-RAM Project Manager and assist with any work that is delegated to them. An ideal role for engineers wanting to understand a major nuclear plant design and delivery , and develop key skills and understanding in a world class team.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Working within or supporting a design team with a pro-active approach
    • Interest in reliability engineering and asset management
    • Technical competencies, to demonstrate an ability to successfully undertake reliability engineering.
    • Professional engineer or recent graduate working towards chartered status.
    • The ability to obtain BC is essential for continuance in the role.

      SC preferred but can be obtained once appointed if required
    • Numerate use of excel and ability to use Reliasoft software following training.
