  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood is currently recruiting for a Cos Analyst with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. Candidate must be able to work on daily basis in Basra, Iraq.

     

    Input of/manage input site based personnel timesheets into the electronic database system to meet the weekly contract deadlines.

    Check the coding and arithmetical accuracy of hours and data received/input into the system /output from the system/against POB roster.

    General administrative support to the In Country PMT;

    • Typing and setting up documents such as letters/reports.
    • Filing.
    • Maintaining records as required e.g. roster.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Financial Responsibility – strong financial values.
    • Safety & Assurance – aware of importance and commitment to safety.
    • High level of accuracy and detailed nature.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
    • Ability to prioritise work where required.
    • Good written and verbal skills.
