Wood is currently recruiting for an Administration Support Assistant to support our Clean Energy business in Glasgow.
The Administration Support Assistant is attached to a specific business area and supports that area by providing a range of administrative services which may include maintaining relevant databases, production of bid proposals and project documentation, collating and analysing information, document control, purchasing, travel arrangements etc.
Must be capable of covering duties of other business-assigned administrators and receptionist at peak times and holidays.
Supports senior management in the assigned business area; liaises with other departments. Contact with external suppliers for travel, accommodation and purchasing of consumable supplies.
