Wood is currently recruiting for a Noise & Vibration Assistant Consultant to be based in either our Birchwood or London office. We are looking for a talented individual with a successful track record in delivering high quality technical work.
The successful candidate will join our growing team and be expected to help deliver existing projects focusing on environmental noise and vibration. You will work alongside our busy, friendly and supportive team who are based across the UK, and our other technical specialists including Air Quality and Environmental Management. We work in a wide range of areas, including high profile nationally significant infrastructure projects ranging from nuclear new build to aviation projects. We also work in sectors such as oil and gas, construction, industry and property.
Your role will be to provide technical input to a variety of noise and vibration assessments as well as supporting senior colleagues with project management and the preparation of proposals. Your responsibilities will include consultation with stakeholders, site work, data analysis, computational modelling and reporting. You will be supported and guided by senior colleagues and provided with training. You will have excellent opportunities to progress and further your skills.
