  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood is currently recruiting for Senior Technical Engineering Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE working on ADNOC Onshore project. Candidate must have below experience;

     

    • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Engineering Coordinators Team
    • Take receipt of drawings from DCC for As-building purposes
    • Cataloguing the drawings / documents into Registers
    • Monitoring of Close-out activities as required for handover to Client
    • Ensuring that Constructions workpacks are complete with regards to Engineering Drawing content
    • Inputting drawings into Documentum
    • Supporting the Engineering Department with As-building & Close-out activities

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Basic knowledge of Engineering functions
    • Knowledge of DCC functions and preferably Documentum experience
    • Good oral and written communications essential in English
    • Strong team working ethic, enthusiastic and positive
    • Familiar with WGPSN and Client workflows would be an advantage
    • Experience in the use of Documentum advantageous
    • Knowledge of database systems a distinct advantage
    • 15 - 20years' experience in an Engineering / DCC environment
    • Working experience in Oi l& Gas Industry
    • Bachelor's Degree
