  • Overview / Responsibilities

    • Project planning and overall project management
    • Supporting AIS proposals generation, costing, schedule and write up for the different services
    • Reviewing won proposals to ensure that project expectations are met
    • Responsible for the development of project plans for all on going Asset Integrity Solutions projects (Integrity Management, Vibration Dynamic and Noise and Operational Management Solutions)
    • Ensure compliance with internal processes and interface with global offices supporting the delivery of each project. This includes the management of intercompany processes
    • Responsible for measurement of projects margins and identification of project risks
    • Working closely with finance to ensure correct and timely invoicing and cash collection on projects
    • The role also includes face to face interface with regional clients, where applicable


    Skills / Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree/Engineering or equivalent, preferably with integrity engineering background
    • Excellent soft skills; primarily presentation skills, communication and collaboration with the global offices
    • Minimum computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, power point, and AutoCAD, Primavera &/or MS project
