We are looking to recruit two key positions to support our growth in international ESIA works and need to recruit a number of staff with varying levels of experience within this broad requirements. We're looking for experience in the management of EIA’s or ESIA with a strong track record in the oil and gas sector.
Post will be based in the UK (initially Reading) but experience of delivery of non–UK projects is essential, ideally this experience will include works within the Middle East. This should include projects undertaken both in-line with IFC performance standards and to local national legislative regimes.
Candidates will need to demonstrate ability in the management of multi-disciplinary team, these teams often based in remote locations, and be confident in front of the client organisation. Good communication skills and ability to work within a wider team are therefore essential.
We have two opportunities that we're looking to recruit. The first role will be at Senior Consultant level with demonstrable experience in ESIA supporting management of the ESIA process and production of the ES. The second will be at Principal Consultant level with high level of experience including management of ESIA teams on large scale projects.
Both posts will require experience include international projects (i.e. outside of the UK and Europe) and ideally work within the Middle East. You will also have strong experience within the oil and gas sector. Proven capabilities in working in and managing multidisciplinary teams, these often split across remote locations.
B.Sc. in Environmental science or associated technical disciplines.
