    Due to our continued success, we are seeking Senior Consultant Town Planners to join our planning team in either Birmingham or Leamington Spa. 


    The team works throughout the UK with major land owners, house builders and developers, Government departments and agencies, local authorities, infrastructure providers, utility and energy companies. Our projects are often high profile and at the leading edge of professional practice.


    Key Responsibilities 

    Key responsibilities in the roles will include managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, co-ordinating the submission of planning applications for a variety of schemes, and advising on the promotion of strategic land. You will have the opportunity to win your own business and will play an important part in the continued growth of our team.


    Applicants for the Birmingham position will also support the work of the Head of Planning in growing our planning, development and regeneration business in our new Birmingham city centre office.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Qualified to degree level in Town Planning and a full member of the RTPI
    • Technical excellence in planning including planning applications and planning policy
    • Ideally some private sector consultancy experience in the UK
    • Confident and persuasive with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ambition and ability to develop new client relationships and assist with the management of existing key clients
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Experience of business development and preparing proposals
    • Experience of contributing to multi-disciplinary projects
