    Position Specifics & Deliverables

    • Develop Workpacks and jobcards in line with the engineering schedule
    • Develop and collate required information, deliverables, plans for project execution
    • Responsible for the surveillance of Implementation Contractors Workpack development to ensure timely and efficient execution of work in line with project schedules.
    • Support planning and organisation of site Implementation work activities, in line with project schedules,
    • Develop and Agree Implementation Strategy
    • Identify any opportunities / risks in a timely manner
    • Obtain Feedback and conduct Lessons Learned for future Projects
    • Provide proactive Constructability input into the Project and Engineering Design
    • Attend and actively participate in HAZID’s, safe work methods, JHA reviews, toolbox talks and site safety walks when necessary

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Proven installation experience within a “Brownfield Site”
    • Experience within an Engineering environment
    • Ability to understand P6 schedules
    • Ability to develop methods for tracking and forecasting purposes
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Sound knowledge of multidiscipline installation methods & procedures.
    • Able to support a multi-discipline team of Implementation Engineers, Specialist Subcontractors and Vendors in compiling of the Workpacks
    • At all times maintains a high degree of proactive communication, reporting and performance.
    • Actively commits to being a OH&S Leader
    • Knowledge of relevant discipline company and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and practices.
    • Work behaviours enhance the Company’s reputation.
    • Demonstrates discipline expertise, integrity and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organisation.
    • Able to effectively interface with the Client Operations and Wood team.
    • Capable of effective written communication.
