  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood is currently seeking to recruit a competent personnel for the Lead Commercial Administrator to provide commercial expertise within the commercial team for the Al Zour Refinery Project.

    • Interface with the customer on any commercial, business administrative and invoice related queries
    • Timely preparation of the Internal Monthly Cost and Value Report
    • Timely preparation of Internal and External Monthly Reports
    • Preparation of Cost projections and Margin Calculations
    • Preparation of cash flows
    • Preparation of Short Range Plan (SRP)
    • Administration of Intra Company Trading Agreement (ITA) and Third Party Agreements, invoices and payments
    • Address client invoice deductions and disputes
    • Liaise, advise and support the project controls and accounts functions
    • Ensure strict adherence to Wood policies and procedures throughout the project life cycle
    • Demonstrate commitment in raising Safety standards at all stages of project execution
    • Manage contract close out activities including final account documentation

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Experienced relationship management and verbal communication skills
    • High value major projects experience and Project Management Consultants (PMC) experience would be beneficial
    • With minimum of 10 years experience in related designation
    • Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Engineering or Accountancy preferred
    • Self - motivated and able to clearly communicate both internally and with third parties including |customers at all levels
    • Excellent written communication skills and IT skills primarily in Excel
