  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood have a requirment for a WorkPack Planner with a Mechanical bias.  This is a permanent staff role based on a client site in Immingham.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Plan and manage multiple maintenance outages in different stages of plan /execute/ review
    • Use of SAP system to step out jobs and estimate within internal costing system
    • Work in integrated client/constructor team
    • Identify any unusual activities that are high risk and will require a JSA. (Job Safety Analysis) and be part of the team to complete the JSA and propose a safe working method.
    • Identify any external logic (inter job logic) for the work being carried out in the area along with working with the site engineers to ensure that all inter work logic is understood
    • Plan late and emergent work and highlight any cost or duration impacts as soon as possible to the Maintenance Superintendent.
    • Work with the area engineer to divide the work in the area to a manageable amount or work type into each supervisor

    Skills / Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Proven knowledge of HSSE and able to plan work safely.  IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
    • Understanding of the use of norms & productivity measures
    • Good IT knowledge, including Excel and Word
    • Knowledge of outage methodology
    • Onshore, oil and gas industry experience
    • Experience of interpreting client piping systems
    • Ability to read process flow diagrams
    • Maintenance Management System Experience
    • HNC or equivalent
    • A mechanical background preferably to Supervisor level
