We are looking for a Senior Document Controller in our Wood office based in Staines. The candidate will form part of an existing Document Control Team providing Document Control services to the Project(s). The role will report to the relevant Document Control Lead and/or Document Control Manager.
The core duties will include:
Experience of working in document control
Experience of working with complex Client requirements and multiple processes/systems at one time
Experience of working on an Automation/Oil and Gas environment would be beneficial but not essential
Ability to demonstrate sound understanding and experience of Supplier and Engineering document control
Flexible yet process driven in approach
Ability to be conscientious in a fast flowing and challenging environment
Ability to work well with colleagues and the wider project organisation including engineers, clients and suppliers to ensure that project objectives are achieved
Ability to resolve problems in everyday work and contribute to identification of improvements
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English a must
Good general IT skills including MS Office and experience with PDF creation software
Knowledge of DC and EDMS
