Wood is currently recruiting for an Offshore Kitchen Lead with extensive experience working as a head chef.
This position is a one year renewable contract and is a 14/14 rotation.
Will only consider Equatorial Guinean candidates
Take charge of kitchen operations including but not limited to high standard of food hygiene, menu planning, daily safety meetings, temperature controls and working along side the Services Lead.
Technical / Business Skills:
(e.g. Project Management Methodologies, Negotiating Terms & Conditions, Cost Models etc)
(e.g. oral & written communication, customer liaison, team player, etc)
Spoken English required
(e.g. Core Behaviours, Transferable Competencies & Role Based Competencies)
Competent and comfortable leading a kitchen team in an offshore environment
Business & Industry Experience: (e.g. significant experience in process engineering, offshore role etc)
Experience working as a head chef
(e.g. Trade Qualifications, Degree, etc)
Grade school education
