Wood is currently recruiting for an Offshore Services Lead with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry,
This position is a one year renewable contract and is a 14/14 rotation.
Will only consider Equatorial Guinean candidates
Take charge of all camp services in an offshore environment including managing staff, cost control of food, working closely alongside the Kitchen Lead and keeping a high standard of food hygiene, health and safety.
Technical / Business Skills:
(e.g. Project Management Methodologies, Negotiating Terms & Conditions, Cost Models etc)
Computer skills for reporting, cost control and time sheets
(e.g. oral & written communication, customer liaison, team player, etc)
Spoken English required
(e.g. Core Behaviours, Transferable Competencies & Role Based Competencies)
Competent and comfortable managing a kitchen and housekeeping team in an offshore environment
Business & Industry Experience: (e.g. significant experience in process engineering, offshore role etc)
Experience as a camp boss, preferably offshore
(e.g. Trade Qualifications, Degree, etc)
Solid knowledge in Kitchen Safety and EHSR requirements
