  • Overview / Responsibilities


    Wood is currently recruiting for an Offshore Associate Materials Handler with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.


    Will only consider Equatorial Guinean candidates


    Assist Sr. Logistics Coordinator in following roles and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain tools and equipment inventory
    • Track rental equipment
    • Assist in preparing Cargo Manifest
    • Assist in coordinating crew change schedule as well as flight manifest
    • Assist in data input and preparing Client Daily Reports
    • Assist in supporting well operations and supporting Well Site Leaders
    • Assists with loading and unloading of materials
    • Assists with arranging materials in proper storage in accordance with Company guidelines
    • Participates in safety review prior to starting deck operations
    • Assists with waste management program duties
    • Maintains filing system and performs document retention duties



    Plus, any other duties that may additionally be required as part of the role as operational requirements change.

    (e.g. Core Behaviours, Transferable Competencies & Role Based Competencies)

    ·         Competent working with Microsoft                              Application Software

    ·         Competent working with WellView / Open                  Wells application software


    Business & Industry Experience: (e.g. significant experience in process engineering, offshore role etc)

    ·         Typically requires 3 year of oil and gas          or similar industry Logistics experience



    Educational Attainments:

    (e.g. Trade Qualifications, Degree, etc)

                   ·         High school diploma (or equivalent)
