Wood is currently recruiting an Innovation Manager to join the Digital & Technology function in the UK.
We are living in advanced times where technology is rapidly evolving. It’s changing the way we live, the way we interact and the way we think. The CoLab – Client Innovation Manager will work at the cutting edge of this change and help Wood achieve the impossible.
The Innovation Manager will drive a consistent approach on innovation and art of the possible and will facilitate workshop session with each of our clients, with input and participation from all stakeholders. In addition, the candidate will be globally responsible for providing facilitation of activities from within Woods CoLab innovation hubs in a co-ordinated manner ensuring that personnel in each location are trained in workshop creation and facilitation.
The Innovation Manager will be required to spend 1-2 weeks per month in our first Houston hub for the first 6 months.
The Client Innovation Manager is an active, ambitious person with proven facilitation skills and experience in planning and conducting workshops that help teams and clients build a shared understanding of a problem and work collaboratively to define a solution.
