- Provide professional and policy advice within an area of PSA/JOA operations.
- Act as a coordinator for a single point of entry and exit for all official communication to the Authority and Contracting Companies.
- Give priority activities to Contracting Companies /JOA communications and proactive Contracting Companies initiatives to improve communications.
PSA & JOA Communications:
- Manage daily communication with the top management of NCOC N.V. (review / approval of drafts, responses to requests) and Authority (responses to requests) / Contracting Companies (responses to requests, approvals of ShaCom submissions).
- Conduct appropriate receipt, internal assignment, and appropriate response to all incoming Delivery Based Communication (DBC). Execute and supervise follow up of pending DBC in order to maintain established deadlines.
- Process ShaCom approval of Contracts, Technical Papers, and other submissions by coordinating and facilitating applicable communication. As part of PSA & JOA team, facilitate promoting and maintaining confident climate, effective communication, and relationship with Contracting Companies and the Authority by effectively managing the workflow of all official incoming and outgoing information.
- Develop objectives for short-term tasks and participate in strategic planning for long-term initiatives. Be prepared to substitute for other PSA & JOA team member in the area of similar responsibilities when required.

- Ensure overall HR key processes and functions comply with the business strategy and key processes.
- Lead the development and execution of annual and multiyear manpower plan and forecast (and relative reporting), ensuring that these documents/datasets are aligned with respect to organizational changes;

- Provide advice to HRD and senior management on HR processes and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the process owners representing HR Departments to ensure that their processes reflect and are aligned with effective HR Management Processes and practices in place.
- Drive the design, implementation, and program management related to HR matters and performance management.
- Lead and advise HR teams on how to create/enhance processes and systems that drive compliance and best practices development.

Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Caltex to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site.
We are currently seeking applications from experienced Maintenance Schedulers for a permanent opportunity. Included with all facets of the scheduling phase, the successful candidate will be responsible for the release and scheduling of all PM03 Work orders on or before their due date, together with interrogation of SAP for all PM01 Work orders, with a user status of ‘PLAN’ (ready to execute) and schedule.

Primary Responsibilities
- Release all PM03 Work orders and schedule on or before their due date
- Screen quality of all existing tasks lists and inform the Area Engineer of any that require attention / corrective action
- Schedule all PM01 Work orders with a user status of ‘PLAN’ Ready to execute
- Liaise with the Work order planner to determine any operational constraints or optimum time to execute the work
- Liaise with the mechanical planners to determine the optimum time to execute work that requires mechanical support
- Maintain overview of the constraints on execution to ensure that the work is scheduled at a time when the correct materials, resources, and plant is available
- Ensure all work is executed to comply with Caltex standards and specifications regarding planning and scheduling
- Chair weekly scheduling meetings with key stakeholders

- Accountable to Project engineering manager and Engineering manager
- Produces & evolves the BIM execution plan and manages its implementation during the project delivery process.
- Has Overall responsibility and control of the federated model and is accountable for compliance with the project specific control procedures set out within this document
- Routinely audit the BIM model for compliance with security guidelines documents
- Resolution of model coordination compatibility issues
- Management of the BIM area within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Primary interface with Sellafield Ltd for BIM specific scope of work.
- Single point of contact for discipline leads if any special resources (software, hardware, training, new procedures, information needs etc.) are required during the project.
Additional duties on Project Information Management (IM) include:
- To ensure that the Project IM function meets the Sellafield Ltd. Information Management specifications and expectations for the collection, distribution, validation, and handover of all Sellafield Ltd, supplier and 3rd party contractor documents and data.
- Ensure that a Common Project Data Environment (CDE) includes processes and procedures to enable reliable information exchange between Project Team Members, the Employer and other parties. Thus, enabling integration of information by the project team and establish an information exchange workflow.
- Establish, agree, and implement the information structure and maintenance standards for the information model. Ensure project compliance with wider Nuclear Industry standards (NDA etc.).
- Communication with the project team and 3rd parties to agree standards, systems and processes, handover, and close-out of project activities to meet the ultimate clients’ requirements.
- Develop and maintain information management performance targets (KPI’s, Metrics)
- Ensure that information management learning and best practices are captured and shared using organisational learning systems. Be pro-active in proposing improvements and developments of information management systems and processes.
- Co-ordinating and taking a central role in developing a project’s information and knowledge management strategy.
- Understand and support Sellafield Ltd.’s HSE policy throughout the project duration.

Wood nuclear is recruiting for a Manager responsibility for Business, Delivery and Capability within Wood’s Regulatory Support Directorate (RSD), at our offices in Birchwood, Warrington. Accountable to C&D Director & Head of RSD, the role involves responsibility for ensuring RSD’s capability to deliver successful outputs to its customers by ensuring that we have a robust management system and suitably qualified and experienced personnel to meet customer expectations. It involves leading a dedicated team of project control staff and providing the line management function for a number of technical staff. This permanent position will lend itself to a highly motivated individual with a broad experience of nuclear safety regulation, project management and business management. An extensive training package will be available.
The Regulatory Support Directorate (RSD) is an independent, ring-fenced, autonomous organisation owned by Wood. RSD is identified as a Technical and Scientific Support Organization in IAEA-Tecdoc-1835 (Technical and Scientific Support Organizations Providing Support to Regulatory Functions). RSD’s support services to our regulatory customers cover the entire range of nuclear safety regulatory activities including: development of policy and guidance, safety case assessment, inspection of operator’s safety management arrangements, regulatory training, regulatory operational development etc. RSD is strategic partner to the Defence Nuclear Safety Regulator (DNSR) and provides technical support to the Office for Nuclear Regulation through a framework arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the management and delivery of the RSD contract with the Defence Nuclear Safety Regulator (DNSR) for the provision of regulatory and technical support.
- Support to the Head of RSD in the development and delivery of the vision, strategy and business plans for RSD in support of the parent company strategy.
- Responsibility for maintaining and developing the RSD processes for programme management including planning; resource management, cost control, progress reporting and invoicing.
